Dr.Abugu had his early education at Urhobo College Effurun, Delta State, Nigeria and Centre for Business Studies Greenwich,London. He is a graduate of the Faculty of law, University of Nigeria, Nsukka and was Called to the Nigerian Bar in 1989. He subsequently had his post graduate education at the University of Lagos where he was admitted to the degree of Master of Law (LL.M) and subsequently, PhD (Commercial & Industrial Law). Dr. Abugu is a specialist in Company Securities and Secured Credit Transactions. He has consulted in several capacities in public issue and private placement of securities. Dr.Abugu founded the firm in 1995. He has an extensive legal practice in Civil and Commercial Law and he brings this experience to lecturing at the Faculty of Law, University of Lagos, where he is a Senior Lecturer.

In 1999, Dr. Abugu was a Rotary International Exchange ambassador to the State of , . He was further nominated in 2002 as a Fulbright Scholar by the Institute of International Education under the auspices of the American State Department. He attended the Centre for Law and Financial Markets of the Chicago-Kent College of Law, IIT, during this 2002-2003 scholarship. In 2007 under an ILO Fellowship he attended a training programme on International Labour Standards for Judges, Lawyers and Legal Educators, at the ILO Training Centre.Dr. Abugu is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and has notable publications to his credit in National and International journals. His practice spans all the commercial courts in Nigeria.

OLATUNBOSUN Ijeoma Dawn

She had her Primary Education at University of Benin Staff School from 1981 to 1986 and the University of Benin Demonstration Secondary School, Benin City between 1987 to 1992. In 1993, she gained admission to study Law at the University of Benin, Ugbowo Campus, Edo State. She graduated from the University with a Second Class Honours (Lower Division) in 1999. In 2003, she passed the Bar Examination of the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus and was enrolled as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. She then proceeded on a one year National Youth Service Corps Scheme in Dutse, Jigawa State were she served as a Legal Officer in the Nigeria Police Headquarters. Barrister Olatunbosun has been in Legal practice since 2003 till date. She joined the firm in August 2004. She is a graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM).

SIR EMENYONU Chima

Sir Chima is an industrialist with several years of training and practical experience in Germany and Italy. He is the founder of Dauphin Nigeria Limited, a major manufacturer and exporter of leather products in Nigeria. He is a member of and has held various positions in the Nigerian Manufacturers Association (M.A.N) including Chairman of its Export Group, the Finance & Establishment Committee and the Association of Textiles/Leather goods/Garments/Carpets Manufacturers, at various times. He added a law degree to his laurels in 1997 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004.

OFFOR Bibian

Offor is a 1989 graduate of the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and was Called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991. She had spent her early practice years as Counsel in the Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission, the companies ombudsman and subsequently founded the firm of Ezimoha Offor & Co. She has been an Associate Partner/consultant with the firm since 2005.

CHUWUEKE Nkechi

She had a primary education at Okigwe Urban Primary School, Okigwe, Imo State and secondary education at DB Zang Secondary School, Bukuru Jos where she graduated in 1987. She subsequently attended the University of Lagos, Nigeria where she graduated in 2000 and was Called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004. She has been engaged in commercial and industrial law practice and became an Associate Partner in the firm in 2007.

OKUJI Ejenavi Francis

LLB (Hons) B. L, LLM.

He attended Ajue Primary School, in Ifesowapo Local Government Area of Ondo State between 1968 – 1973. Had his Secondary Education in Abbess Community College Sapele, Delta State between 1975 – 1980 and University of Lagos from 1997 to 2004 where he obtained his LLB Degree. He also attended the Nigeria Law School where he was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005. Okuji is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and a Student member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. He has been in active legal practice since 2006 when he joined the firm.

NNAWUIHE Julie

She is a graduate of Faculty of Law, University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos. She passed the Bar Final Examinations of the Nigerian Law School, Abuja Campus and was enrolled as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2007. She attended courses on Alternative Dispute Resolution and qualified as a Negotiator & Mediator and got inducted as a member of Association of Professional Negotiator & Mediator. She is an astute Lawyer with experience in Information & Telecommunications Technology.
