We undertake the incorporate of limited liability companies, partnership, friendly societies and registered trustees: documentation and perfection of conveyances, leases, debentures of fixed and floating charges, mortgages, syndicated credit facilities, other agreements and contracts relating to business and the operation of companies.

We offer consultancy services in all aspects of capital market operation – issue of shares and debt securities; acting as Solicitors to an issue, Solicitors to trustees and Solicitors of issuer companies.

 

We also operate a company secretarial department that handles post capital issue documentations including maintenance of register of members and debenture holders; issue and distribution of share certificates; statutory filings at the Corporate Affair commission and the Securities and Exchange Commission; and the processing of business permit and Expartriate Quota for foreign officer. The firm is duly registered with the Nigerian Securities and Exchange Commission as Capital Market Consultants.

Procurement of telecommunication licences, compliance with telecom regulations and generally representing the interest of telecommunication operators and subscribers and related matters.

The firm’s services include counseling on all aspects of banking law and secured credit transactions including the documentation of loan agreement, debentures, equipment leases and other modes of securing credit.

 

5.       MINERAL EXPLORATION AND PRODUCING

Negotiation and preparation of petroleum and mineral leases, exploration concessions and licensing; preparation and engrossment of all contracts relating to marketing of oil and allied products and special advisory services on any aspect of petroleum and mineral law in Nigeria.

 

6.       REAL PROPERTY

The firm’s expertise covers all the legal aspects of transactions relating to land and landed properties including conveyances, leases, title searches and obtaining Governmental consent in all states of the Federation.

 

7.       INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

We register and monitor the use of trademarks, copyrights, patents, designs and other trade secrets.

  

8.       TAXATION

The firm offers specialized advisory services in personal and corporate income tax structures including configuration of excise duties and other statutory fees payable to Local, State and Federal tiers of Government in Nigeria.

On all aspects of commercial and industrial law.

 

10.   LITIGATION

The firm operates a litigation department, which handles all court cases concerning any aspect of our practice in (1) – (8) above.

This is a sister real estate firm registered to handle the real estate needs of our clients including execution of purchase, sale, and retal instructions.

As duly appointed Notaries Public of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, we verify and certify the authenticity of all manner of public and commercial documents for use internationally.
