The firm is managed by DR. JOSEPH E. O. ABUGU as Principal Counsel with a number of Associate
Solicitors/Advocates. They include:

Dr.Abugu had his early education at Urhobo College Effurun, Delta State, Nigeria and Centre for Business Studies Greenwich, London. He is a graduate of the Faculty of law, University of Nigeria, Nsukka and was Called to the Nigerian Bar in 1989. He subsequently had his postgraduate education at the University of Lagos where he was admitted to the degree of Master of Law (LL.M) and subsequently, PhD (Commercial & Industrial Law). Dr. Abugu is a specialist in Company Securities and Secured Credit Transactions. He has consulted in several capacities in public issue and private placement of securities. Dr. Abugu founded the firm in 1995. He has an extensive legal practice in Civil and Commercial Law and he brings this experience to lecturing at the Faculty of Law, University of Lagos, where he is a Senior Lecturer .
In 1999, Dr. Abugu was a Rotary International Exchange ambassador to the State of Arizona, USA. He was further nominated in 2002 as a Fulbright Scholar by the Institute of International Education under the auspices of the American State Department. He attended the Centre for Law and Financial Markets of the Chicago-Kent College of Law, IIT, Chicago Illinois during this 2002-2003 scholarship. In 2007 under an ILO Fellowship he attended a training programme on International Labour Standards for Judges, Lawyers and Legal Educators, at the ILO Training Centre, Turin, Italy.
Dr. Abugu is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and has notable publications to his credit in National and International journals. His practice spans all the commercial courts in Nigeria.

SIR EMENYONU Chima
LL. B (Hons), B. L
Sir Chima is an industrialist with several years of training and practical experience in Germany founder of Dauphin Nigeria Limited, a major manufacturer and exporter of leather products in of and has held various positions in the Nigerian Manufacturers Association (M.A.N) including Chairman of Group, the Finance & Establishment Committee and the Association of Textiles/Leather goods/Garments/Carpets Manufacturers, at various times. He added a law degree to his laurels in 1997 and was called to the Nigerian 2004.

OGBODO Austin
LL. B (Hons), B. L
Ogbodo had his primary education at Amanamta (now Amanabo) Primary School Ezzangbo and Secondary education at Royal Comprehensive College Ezzangbo. He graduated LL.B (Hons), (Upper division) from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology in 2006 and was Called to the Nigerian Bar in 2008. He had a brief stinct as a Pupil Associate counsel in the Ministry of Justice, Gombe State. He joined the firm in 2009 as Associate Counsel.

OFFOR Bibian
LL. B (Hons), LL.M, B. L
Offor is a 1989 graduate of the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and was Called to the Nigerian Bar in 1991. She had spent her early practice years as Counsel in the Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission, the companies ombudsman and subsequently founded the firm of Ezimoha Offor & Co. She has been an Associate Partner/consultant with the firm since 2005.

CHUWUEKE Nkechi
LL. B (Hons), B. L
She had a primary education at Okigwe Urban Primary School, Okigwe, Imo State and secondary education at DB Zang Secondary School, Bukuru Jos where she graduated in 1987. She subsequently attended the University of Lagos, Nigeria where she graduated in 2000 and was Called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004. She has been engaged in commercial and industrial law practice and became an Associate Partner in the firm in 2007.

OKUJI Ejenavi Francis
LLB (HONS) B. L, LLM.
He attended Ajue Primary School, in Ifesowapo Local Government Area of Ondo State between 1968 Had his Secondary Education in Abbess Community College Sapele, Delta State between 1975 University of Lagos from 1997 to 2004 where he obtained his LLB Degree. He also attended the School where he was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005. Okuji is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and a Student member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. He has been in active legal practice since 2006 when he joined the firm.
